Shipping policy

1. Shipping Coverage

We currently ship to all 50 states in the United States. We do not ship to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or US territories (Puerto Rico, Guam, etc.) at this time.

2. Processing Time

Processing time: 1-2 business days. Shipped by day 3 at the latest.

3. Shipping Time

Delivery takes 7-15 business days depending on location.

4. Order Tracking

Tracking number sent via email once your order has shipped.

5. Customs, Duties, and Taxes

Under U.S. customs regulations, goods with a declared value under $800 are generally exempt from duties (de minimis rule). Any customs fees, duties, or taxes applied to your order are the responsibility of the customer.

6. Order Modifications and Cancellations

If you need to modify or cancel your order, please contact us at eric@firantnm.com within 12 hours of placing your order. Once the order has been processed and shipped, we cannot make any changes or cancellations.
