1. 30-Day Free Returns

We offer a 30-day free return policy. You have 30 days from the delivery date to request a return.

2. Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:

- Unused, unwashed, and undamaged

- In original condition with tags (if any)

- Accompanied by proof of purchase (order number or receipt)

3. How to Return an Item

Step 1: Email us at support@firantnm.com to request a return authorization.

Step 2: Once authorized, ship your item to the address below within 7 days.

Step 3: Keep your shipping receipt or tracking number for your records.

Important: Returns sent without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Note: To facilitate faster return processing, this address is a Firantnm-authorized partner warehouse in the United States. Firantnm is a company based in China.

Free returns: We will provide a prepaid return shipping label for customers in the United States.

4. Refund Process

Once we receive your returned item:

- Refund will be processed within 3 business days after the item is received

- Refund will be issued to your original payment method

- You will receive a confirmation email once the refund is completed

Note: It may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to post the refund to your account.

5. Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon arrival. If you receive a defective, damaged, or wrong item, contact us immediately at support@firantnm.com. We will evaluate the issue and make it right.

6. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

- Perishable goods (food, flowers, plants)

- Custom products (special orders or personalized items)

- Personal care goods (beauty products)

- Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

- Sale items

- Gift cards

7. Exchanges

The fastest way to get the item you want is to return the original item following the process above. Once your return is accepted and refunded, you may place a new order for the desired item.

8. European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is being shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification. The same eligibility conditions in Section 2 apply.
